Terms of Service

PolymarketUtilities (“the Service”) is an independent desktop workflow assistant for Polymarket users. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket. The Service is provided by PolymarketUtilities Labs.

The Service provides read-only market intelligence (signals, alerts, portfolio context) and user-authorized workflow tools (review and confirmation flows for claims, hedges, orders, and reinvestments). The Service does not custody funds, hold private keys, or place trades without explicit user approval.

You are solely responsible for every decision you make using the Service, every wallet action you approve, and every trade you place. You are responsible for keeping your wallet, browser, and credentials secure.

Nothing the Service displays — signals, alerts, exposure summaries, or hedge suggestions — is financial advice or an offer to buy or sell any asset. Prediction markets are speculative; outcomes are uncertain.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer its protections, resell access, or use it to violate any law or third-party terms (including those of Polymarket).

Pro is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Access continues to the end of your paid period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of signals, uptime, or specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolymarketUtilities Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any trading losses incurred while using the Service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
